*drKiwi* is so patient. I draft/formulate ...really EVERYTHING in my head before I do it, but it's more detailed with blog entries. *drKiwi* allows me the space to address individuals without the stress of backlash from saying their names. In some respects, "it's murda dem!". In others, I silently quash whatever ember is sparked between us, negative and/or positive, without needing to care about feelings being caught.
I started working on a Gospel-centric album. Almost #TheRebirthOfCharlesHamilton, except the glory would go to cHam, UNDER THE WATCH OF GOD/THE LORD. Lately I've been bumping "Three Kings" (Ross x Dre x Hov). The sample in it is saying "I'm so grateful" and it's from a Gospel song, but they are spitting the most braggadocios shit on there. Yes, I rapped on the beat ("A Royal Crashout"; available on my YouTube channel; may post a link here), but the inspiration to make my only Gospel banger has been in my guts since "New Music From Charles Hamilton" (#Normalcy).
Granted is was Classical.
(works on it for about 90 minutes after starting this post)
It is entitled "Speaking of Witch...". It's Gospel-centered, but in the same vein as "Modern Art!" and "Here We Go Again...". DJ anthems.
Thank you *drKiwi* for suggesting the album title. A good cornerstone to the foundation of this jam session.
